Day 97 : Fixing A Hole
The old girl has been through so much over the last 96 days. Everything has been thrown at her. Back in London, Asset Co did an amazing job in preparing a 16 years old fire engine for a very tough journey. To keep her on the road, the crew have daily and weekly checks to run through. She has had 3 services so far in Lativa, Mongolia and Singapore. Each time, the engineers very excited working on this beauty.
Singapore was another example of people going out of their way to help this expedition. Again not knowing us from Adam, SMRT very kindly offered to fully service our fire engine for free. Incredibly generous as it is a two day job for quite a few men.
Real men work in garages ! Woof
